President
Emanuil Lazarov is contractor and investor with long list of successfully finished projects and more than 10 years experience in the field of big projects. He has realized and successfully sold over 55 000 sq. m. built area. Before starting his investment and construction activities in the field of real estate, he has built and managed hotels, restaurants and clubs.
Managing partner
Krasen Krastev is one of the founders of Crystal Corporation together with Emil Lazarov. Krastev invests in construction and real estate for 8 years. Under his management the company has built the complex Royal Lodge Casino & Spa in Pamporovo. He owns a chain of several restaurants and he is in the gambling business for 13 years. Krastev has economic master degree from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia.
Commercial Director
Desilslava Petrova has more than 10 years of management and entrepreneurial experience in the field of real estate and related spheres. At her previous position as co-owner and manager of the international company ‘Coral real estate Bulgaria’, for the period 2004 – 2006, she led the team to finalize over 1000 sales at the approximate value of 61 million euro. Petrova is a specialist in the field of project investment.
Legal Director
Peter Chuchev is a lawyer, specialized in deals with real estate and legal aspects of the construction work. Chuchev occupies this position in the company for 3 years and is responsible for the biggest Crystal Corporation’s investment projects. His previous experience includes conducting of commercial law suits for two of the distinguished legal offices in the country.
Manager Crystal Business Center
Irina Krusharska has graduated International Tourism Institute, specialized in Management in the Tourism sphere. She has managed several hotel complexes in Bulgaria. She has knowledge in English, German and Italian languages. At present, Krusharska manages the prestigious Crystal Business Center in Sofia.
