The complex Royal Lodge Casino & SPA is one of the biggest and most profitable projects, completed by our structure. It was successfully realized from 2005 to 2009 year. The five-star complex, with certificate from the Tourism Agency, was built according to all necessary standards and prescripts, with stores, bar, restaurant, night club, casino, sauna, kindergarten and indoor swimming pool being only a part of the facilities at the guests’ disposal. Under the management of our team until 2009 the complex reached one of the best results in the management and tourism of its class, after that the complex was completely sold out to foreign investors and transferred under their management.

The company which exploits this activity has a license from the Ministry of transport, emitted in January 2003. It performs check of the technical employability of cars (without limitations), installation and inspection of all types of tachographs, speed limiters and all types of insurances.
AIR-TRANSPORTATION
The investment in air-transportation – helicopter „Robinson R44 Raven I”, with 4 seats, was made in 2008. An airline squad was formed, along with a group of investors – owners of other helicopters, on which base contracts were signed for the use of the helicopters for different agricultural, ecological and other programs and for business and tourist flights.

The gambling structure was created in 1993. The management and realization of the projects passed through several legislative changes in the years and in this way the gambling casinos have established themselves on the market with major shares in the areas where they are situated. The company – licensed operator for gambling activity is one of the few structures in Bulgaria with license for 10 years. That is an indicator for its stable positions on the market.
PLAZA RESTAURANT MONTANA
Restaurant Plaza was created in 1999. It is situated in the center of the city. It consists of summer terrace with 120 seats and a hall with 200 seats. Following the actual tendencies in this branch, the restaurant has established itself as a leader in the town and in the region.
WAREHOUSE COMPLEX GABROVO

The investment in the purchase of the former fruit storage facility in Gabrovo was with the partnership of local businessmen. It was acquired at an auction in 2003.
